Welcome to The A Loop Theory: the mammoth collaborative project between talents Asaviour & DJ IQ, fusing their undeniable productions skills to create an album of epic proportions. With the pair sharing producing duties, they fluently dabble in an eclectic soundscape rooted in hip-hop but incorporating soul, electronica, rock, jazz, blues, and grime.

Huddersfield born Emcee / Producer Asaviour has single handily cemented himself as one of the most consistent artists within the scene today. Known for his work with JEHST on tracks like ‘People Under The Weather’ & ‘Monotony’, aswell as his own hits like ‘Money in the Bank’, ‘The Homecoming‘, and ‘So Northern’ featuring BRAINTAX from his excellent 2006 debut LP ‘The Borrowed Ladder’.

Currently working with ATHLETE, DJ YODA, and NEON HITCH, 2009 is set to be a behemoth year for Asaviour. DJ IQ has been making huge waves for years as both accomplished beatmaker and DJ. The former DMC Champ released his ‘Live From The Sofa’ LP to huge critical acclaim from MOJO, Dazed & Confused, Hip Hop Connection and DJ.

Their first full-length collaboration, the pair has created something truly special. ‘The A Loop Theory’ is leftfield, but undeniably hip-hop.
